I only wish the article contained terms understandable in English. What the H does "index score computed as % of respondents reporting improving minus % weakening conditions" mean, anyway? I'd love to read a translated copy. "Improving minus percent weakening" doesn't compute, boys and girls! Is it archaic architectspeak, or what? (big sigh)
