OPEN CALL

for the best new-home designs of 2011

The
Professional Builder
Design Awards

For over 75 years, builders have turned to the pages of Professional Buildermagazine for design inspiration along with a healthy dose of building-business know-how. Be a part of the inaugural year of The Professional Builder Design Awards to see how your designs, plans and communities compete with those of other architects and builders around the United States.

Submissions in five categories – single-family production, multi-family, one-of-a-kind custom home, best ‘on the boards’ project, and best new community – will be judged by five leading residential architects from around the country.

And, in honor of our 75th Anniversary, the submission price is $175. No limit to the number of entries. Best of all, applying has never been easier. To learn more, contact Judy Brociek at jbrociek@sgcmail.com or go to www.housingzone.com/pbdesignawards.

Submissions must be completed prior to October 1, 2011 and can date back to Dec. 31, 2009. The deadline for submissions is October 1, 2011.
