Builders will love Kwikset’s SmartCode Signature Series’ easy installation--no hard wiring (powered by four AA batteries) and it fits all standard doors without requiring new screw holes (that'll save you some time). The new SmartCode also allows builders and homeowners to create two unique access codes: one code for everyday access and another code to be given out for temporary access. It sports a motorized deadbolt for convenient one-touch locking.
